We enjoyed our stay! It ticked all our boxes, we needed our doggies with us and we took them, there was a varied age which was great and there was a game a room /hot tub to help keep the kids occupied! The aqua obsticle course and flow rider was great! Highly recommended. The house had plenty of room, and well maintained. We would go back xx

Great property for my husbands 60th birthday treat for all the family, really spacious with comfy beds & pillows. Plenty of nice quality towels supplied. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Really enjoyed the games room and table tennis table & hot tub outside. A few minor improvements could be addressed , but all in all a nice stay.

The property was clean but the kitchen appliances (toaster, oven, etc) were filthy. The oven trays were dirty and there was a lack of saucepans to cater for 12 people. The outlook out to the lake was spoiled by the tall metal cage fencing which was a shame.

We were not informed of the check in tablet in the property. When we accidently came across it and realised we needed to do something it was not working. The screen was smashed so maybe that's why. The beds were not zipped together so caused uncomfortable gaps. Some pillows not suitable. We were told that there is CCTV but its only used for secRead moreurity issues. That is not true. We found out we were spied upon which is very very disturbing and uncomfortable!!! We were not told that there were high metal fences put up in front of our unit, on the edge of the lake, which looks nothing like the pictures presented to us when booking. The resort itself is badly managed, the staff are incompetent. The restaurant kitchen closed because they had no chef!!! The beach shop was supposed to be open at certain hours and they closed when they felt like it. The childrens activities which we paid for were inane and the children were bored with inappropriate activities. In saying the above the WATERSPORTS staff were very good and deserve praise. Hide

We were a party of 12 adults celebrating a birthday and the house was perfect, having 6 bedrooms all with their own en-suite facilities. The downstairs living space was excellent enabling us all to sit and relax and eat together. The hot tub was a hit with everyone. We werent able to use the outdoor space as it was too cold as the sun was not on thRead moree back of the house in the evening . Unfortunately the outlook is currently spoiled a little as there is fencing in front of the lake at the rear of the house . There is an outdoor charcoal bbq which we used (after cleaning it first) though you do need to bring your own bbq utensils. The games room is great for all age groups. We didnt make use of the resort itself as we were only there for a few days although we did use the shop for some basic food. We had a problem with the hot water which caused a few issues with guests having cold showers and unable to use the baths. A plumber did come but couldnt mend the system so we had to rely on the electric immersion which took a couple of hours to heat up and because it was making some strange noises the plumber advised us to switch it off at night. This meant we had only warm showers in the morning. I appreciate that this is a problem the owner couldnt have anticipated but unfortunately it did spoil our stay a little. Hide
