We found that the cottage was the ideal chill out location. No need to rush out just enjoy the peace and quiet. Just the sound of birds. And the location was ideal to travel to the many locations that we had picked to visit

Our 3rd stay at this cosy, comfortable cottage - so that says it all! Great location in such a beautiful area, fabulous walks, scenery spectacular, plenty to see and do, or just relax and enjoy the view and wildlife in the garden - birds, red squirrels, and deer on footpath to lochside.

Complicated heating system. House cold on arrival and unwelcoming. Had to turn everything on on arrival.

Great quiet location with local wildlife passing through! Lovely big windows to the garden. Unfortunately the property is a little tired, needs some love and attention.

Despite detail issues this is a great cottage in a wonderful area and we thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight. The walks around the area are excellent, particularly going up Ben Lora from Benderloch, and on the Shian peninsular (wonderful views). The entertainment in Oban was another bonus (Fiddlers' evening really good) and eating places excellent.
