A few steps lead you to the welcoming entrance, where you’ll be greeted by a sleek, contemporary interior that’s both stylish and functional. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen (with a dining area around the island), dedicated dining space, and lounge area, creating a sociable hub where you can relax and entertain. On the ground floor, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms – two super-king's and a bunk room – alongside a beautiful, brand new family bathroom. Off the kitchen/dining area you will find a handy utility room equipped with a washer/dryer and a freezer for added convenience. Next to the utility you will also find a WC, with a toilet and sink. Upstairs, the property continues to impress with one king-size bedroom and one twin room. The family bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a luxurious freestanding bath and a separate shower room for unwinding after a busy day of exploring.

French doors open from the kitchen onto the garden terrace to the rear, where you can enjoy the fresh air in a secure, enclosed space – ideal for dogs, children, and al fresco dining. When returning from a sandy trip to the beach, side access to the house takes you to the beautiful back garden, where you will find a hot and cold outdoor shower, to wash away the day, or wash your pups paws, entering through the back door into the utility to dry off swimwear from your fun filled day out. French doors leading from the lounge take you onto the stunning raised front deck, where you can bask in the sunshine, with views off the Cilan hills above the rooftops. With off-street parking for up to four cars, and an electric charging port, this property is an excellent base for your next family or group getaway and to create memories for years to come. We were over the moon with our stay at this property, the pictures were fabulous hence why we booked but it was even better in reality, location amazing 5 min walk into abersoch. The layout and furnishings in this property were high end, front decking was a fabulous place to chill in the sunshine, electric charger was really handy to charge oneRead more of the parties cars overnight which worked perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and didnt want to leave. Jonny was really helpful and at hand with any questions we had before and during our stay, really pleasant and friendly. A beautiful property in a great location with everything you could possibly need. We stayed as a family of 10 with ages from 60's to a baby and everyone had a great time, the children particularly loved the toys and the sunsets from the decking were stunning.

Fabulous property! It has been renovated to an excellent standard. Has all the kitchen equipment you could want. Excellent open plan kitchen, dining and living space with 5 excellent sized bedrooms. Garden to the rear is fully enclosed for dogs which is great (the fence is lower on one side for would need to be mindful for large jumpy dogs) and tRead morehe decking at the front has an extendable gate to make it enclosed too. The decking is a lovely sun trap during the day into the evening. The house is in a brilliant location. Literally over the road from the spar shop and 5 minute walk into the heart of Abersoch with the shops and bars and 5 minute walk to the excellent sandy beach. Which is also dog friendly. We couldn't fault our stay and would most definitely be back. The owners were also so accommodating, letting us arrive early to miss the traffic and giving us lots of helpful tips about the local area. You won't regret booking this property. Hide

The cottage is in a great location, close to the beach and the centre of Abersoch. We were 8 adults, 2 kids and a dog and found there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved having lots of outdoor space and the shower in the garden is a great idea for sandy kids and dogs.

We were the first to stay at 12 Cae Du after its was updated by the current owners. The property is beautiful and has been finished to a very high standard. You will find everything you could possibly need in the house including a huge kitchen/dining/living area! If you dont fancy cooking, the centre of Abersoch is a 5 minute walk, as is the beautiRead moreful beach. There is a Spar supermarket just over the road which came in so handy. We brought our two dogs and who enjoyed the establised back garden which was fully enclosed. There is also a handy dog gate on the decking at the front of the property. We enjoyed exploring the local beaches and driving further afield to Snowdonia and Portmierion. The house is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of the country or just chilling in the house/garden. There was a lovely welcome pack and the owners, Jonny and Sophie couldn't be more helpful. We hope to return at some point. Hide
