On the banks of the river Teifi lays the small idyllic and unspoilt market town of Llandysul, steeped in history and Welsh culture. A thriving market town, which is ideally situated for exploring the many attractions the surrounding counties have to offer. Cryngae is the perfect place to refresh, relax and re-energise in lovely West Wales. A short walk from the village pub makes it a convenient place for a group of family or friends. Walkers can enjoy miles of spectacular scenery and wildlife on the coast paths or take a boat trip to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins and seals in Cardigan Bay. Visit the restored castle, supermarkets, independent shops and cafés or visit the National Wool Museum just a mile away. The popular beach at Poppit Sands (21 miles) is a must, walkers can enjoy miles of spectacular scenery and wildlife on the coast paths or take a boat trip to spot the resident bottlenose dolphins and seals in Cardigan Bay.

Enter through the front door into the light hallway and the first lounge with comfortable seating, Smart TV and a wood burner for cooler days. The kitchen has a farmhouse feel with a small table to gather around to enjoy your morning coffee. A separate dining room with a large table to seat 12 for those larger meals together. The second lounge also has a wood burner to gather around watching a film on the Smart TV. A large staircase takes you up to the 5 bedrooms, 1 super-king which leads through to a twin room with an en-suite shower room and WC, a king-size, 1 double, and a bunk bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC. To complete the accommodation is the family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC.

Outside at the rear, there is an enclosed gravelled area with garden furniture. Also for use there are four separate interconnected areas perfect for ball games, and a gravel garden with a summer house.
