Brancaster Beach (5 miles) is popular, especially with families and dog lovers and there is an excellent golf course that sits beside the salt marshes and sea. At Old Hunstanton (8 miles), children can play in the soft sand dunes, or visit Wells-next-the-Sea (10 miles) with its picturesque harbour and Holkham Hall.

Lovely peaceful cottage with a beautiful garden. The garden was full of butterflies and bird song. Excellent location, just needs new garden furniture and blackout blinds or curtains in the upstairs room.

Lovely, relaxing cottage. We had all sorts of weather and the space was always comfortable, the fire is always a hit, the conservatory was used alot in daylight hours, especially when too windy and rainy to venture out. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Small kitchen with essentials for cooking evening meals.

A lovely cottage! Cosy and warm, even the conservatory on a dark & cold October evening for dinner and games. Comfy beds. As other reviews have said it is quite remote, but it didn't take us long to get to out to Sandringham, Burnham Market and Wells Next the Sea. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, with the beautiful views over the countryside. As perRead more the photo there is not a door at the top of the stairs for the upstairs bedroom. This was not a problem for us but something to be aware if you need to be shut off from the lounge below. There is a stairgate installed which is easy to operate if needed. Hide
