Heated outdoor pool April to end of September until 2100hrs (pool towels not provided). Outside these times the pool is out of use. The pool is not fenced and guests use at their own risk. Gardeners will attend the property every Tuesday and the pool maintenance every Thursday. No charging of electric cars at the property. The property has a ring camera facing onto the driveway and parking area. Coals are not supplied for the BBQ & fire pit. Please note - group bookings may be checked to ensure the purpose of the stay is for a holiday, and where relevant, a additional security deposit may be requested. No parties, event or day visitors are allowed at the property.
