A charming cottage in the heart of Holme-next-the-Sea, near a host of beaches and nature reserves. Holme-next-the-Sea boasts quick access to Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path and the village pub is just 0.3 miles from the cottage. Visit the ever-popular Brancaster Beach (5 miles), keeping your eyes peeled for birdlife on the shores and in the skies. Or head to nearby Hunstanton, 4 miles, a traditional Victorian seaside resort with cafes, delis, fish and chip shops, bowling alley, crazy golf, arcades, pier, Sea Life Centre and the Princess Theatre. The barn is ideally situated to visit RSPB Snettisham (10 miles) and RSPB Titchwell (3 miles). For culture and history drive to Sandringham Estate (11.5 miles) where guests can explore the stunning architecture and gardens that the Royal Family enjoy every year, or Holkham Hall (13 miles) where you can watch the deer graze and hire a rowing boat on the lake.

This cosy bolt hole is all on one level and retains many original features with its exposed wooden beams. An excellent little hideaway for couples, friends or older families wishing to enjoy the location. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to create delicious dinners using local produce to be enjoyed around the dining table. After a day exploring the local area, relax in the comfortable seats in the living area and snuggle up to watch your favourite films on the TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The charming family bathroom has a shower over bath.

There is a patio dining area in the front courtyard which is a real suntrap. Enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple whilst the sun sets. To the rear of the property, there is a further patio with garden furniture overlooking the owner's beautiful gardens.
