Enjoy views of Rhossili Bay before walking the mile-long, clifftop path to reach Rhossili Bay Beach where you can enjoy an enormous stretch of golden sand and may even spot some local seals. At low tide, a window of 2.5 hours gives you time to walk out to Rhossili Bay Island where the coastal views and wildlife will take your breath away. Afterwards, back in the village, enjoy visits to the welcoming pub, cafe, village shop and National Trust gift shop. For a busier day out, drive to coastal West Cross or Mumbles (both within 15.5 miles) that overlook Swansea Bay, or head to Swansea itself (18 miles) for a wide choice of shops, places to eat and drink, and family attractions.

Over the last two years this iconic house in the centre of the village has been completely extended, and every part renovated to a modern high standard whilst retaining the charm of a 120 year old cottage. The lounge offers a delightful space in which to unwind after days of Welsh adventure – settle in the comfortable seating, flick on the TV and enjoy the warmth of the crackling wood burner. When stomachs start to rumble, head through to the spacious, well-appointed kitchen/diner. Find all you need here to whip up holiday feasts whilst enjoying views of the garden. Choose to eat at the dining table in here, or al fresco-style out on the rear patio.
