Property code: OC-H29753

This beautiful barn conversion nestles in the hamlet of Littleham, which hosts a wonderful local pub and sits just off the North Devon coastline. The A39 is less than 2 miles away, giving easy access to the area’s top coastal spots, including an array of golden sands and turquoise waters. Walking enthusiasts are well catered for with wonderful walking routes from your doorstep as well as the South West Coast Path accessible close by, allowing you to enjoy the crackle of twigs beneath your feet before retreating to the hot tub at the end of the day. Visit the pretty fishing villages of Appledore (6 miles) and Clovelly (11 miles) where you will find a lovely choice of local shops and fine eateries to enjoy. For a livelier atmosphere, Westward Ho! is certainly worth a visit, just 4 miles away, with its beautiful 1.5-mile long sandy beach, as well as amusements and further fine eateries.

Upon arrival at this simply stunning home, you will be wowed by the views across the countryside straight from your own entertainment space. Step inside this glass-fronted, single-level home where you will be drawn to the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows that frame the rolling fields beyond. The lounge area is well furnished with a comfortable corner sofa allowing you to cosy up and enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, providing a range of mod-cons and everything you will need and more for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The dining table seats all guests with ease, allowing you to wine, dine and share special holiday memories with friends and family. Sandy beach days and muddy walks mean beach towels, wetsuits, welly boots and coats, so at the entrance is a utility room complete with washing machine, as well as a coat and boot rack opposite. When night draws in, retreat to your choice of four fabulously styled bedrooms, providing two double beds, a twin room and a master with king-size bed and accompanying en-suite shower room. All bedrooms host plenty of wardrobe and hanging space. Completing this incredible home is the family bathroom, with its rainfall shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside to the rear of the home, guests can further enjoy the vast countryside views from their very own choice of comfortable and dining seating on the terrace, in addition to a spacious lawn. A perfect space for al fresco breakfasts or a relaxed sunset BBQ. A bubbling hot tub awaits here as the perfect treat after a day exploring the coast.

Lovely clean property in a great location for access to all areas. Local pub was friendly and food good. Hot tub was lovely and views stunning. Mattress in master bedroom could be softer but thats just personal preference. Visited Clovelly, Lydford Gorge and Drongo Castle which were lovely.

Beautiful new build property in a very peaceful location. Stunning countryside views. I have mild disabilities and found the en-suite shower difficult to get into, as it was a high step up and a narrow opening. Otherwise a lovely property to stay in.
