A well-presented first floor apartment set in the town of Maryport, with local amenities on your doorstep. Lovely views across the harbour and across the Solway towards Scotland. A short walk to the beach and nearby attractions including the aquarium with café, crazy golf, and a children’s play area. The Maritime Museum is within walking distance, and the Senhouse Roman Museum (1 mile) on the town's outskirts provides an intriguing day out. Walkers will appreciate the easy access to the England Coastal Path (Allonby to Whitehaven section) and the nearby promenade. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18-hole Maryport Golf Club, located 2.5 miles away on the coastline between the Solway Firth and the Cumbrian Fells. The unspoilt Solway Coast is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), and home to many species of wading birds. Additionally, the bustling market town of Cockermouth and the Lake District National Park are both just a short drive away and within a 14-mile radius.

Arrive at the shared foyer/lobby and head up a flight of stairs to find the apartment entrance on the first floor. As you enter the property you will find yourself in the hallway which is bright and welcoming. The lounge can be found at the far end of the hallway, this spacious bright room has views over the harbour. Use the binoculars and watch the coming and going of boats and birds- you can often see some great sunsets too! There are comfy sofas in the lounge with a Smart TV allowing you to enjoy a movie or keep up with your favourite series after a long day out exploring. A dining area within the lounge, allows you to enjoy evening meals or breakfast together while making plans for the days ahead. Off the lounge you will find the kitchen, which is well equipped. Head back through the hallway and you will find two cosy bedrooms, one twin and one double; both have been thoughtfully styled with dashes of colour and lovely soft furnishings to give you a warm welcome. There is a family bathroom in the hallway with shower, heated towel rail and WC.

Although there is no garden, you will find lots of great spaces to enjoy some sea air in the immediate area.

Lovely clean property with the amenities Youd expect. Received a wonderful welcome basket with Easter eggs (due to timing of booking). Lovely harbour views with easy access to walking routes. My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay despite the sometimes rainy weather. Clean and well equipped property. Easily can accommodate a family of four and would look to book again.

Absolutely lovely well presented property l, very comfortable with great views of the harbour. Some lovely walks to be had along the coast and harbour and only just over 30 mins to the mountains as well.

Myself and my partner staying here for 4 nights. The place was absolutely spotless, there was plenty of cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. The bed was a pleasure to sleep in and the towels provided were really soft. A lovely comfortable cottage with everything you could need for a week. Comfortable beds, loads of towels and linen, good showers, well equipped kitchen, all great. Only niggle is lack of washing machine but you can get a service wash at the "Maryport Laundry Basket" for a very reasonable price.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Annette the owner was very helpful sending a message with clear parking information. She kindly left us milk, tea and coffee for when we arrived. This is in a great place for walking and cycling. The apartment was so clean and beautifully presented. The beds were so comfortable, it was wonderful sitting in bed with a cup of tea looking out over the harbour. The views from the lounge were stunning too. We had a wonderful week.
