Llangrannog is a small village located on the west coast of Wales and is situated in the county of Ceredigion and is known for its picturesque coastal setting, sandy beaches, and rugged cliffs. The village is a popular destination for tourists, especially during the summer months, due to its natural beauty and outdoor activities and has recently been voted by The Times newspaper as one of the seven best secret beaches and it is well-known for its clean sands and clear waters, making them ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Many coastal walks offer stunning views of the Cardigan Bay coastline, visitors can enjoy walks along the cliffs and explore the surrounding natural beauty. The village has a few pubs and restaurants where visitors can enjoy local cuisine and relax after a day of exploring.

Entrance into the hallway through to the lounge with comfortable settees to cosy up on an evening enjoying a film on the Smart TV. From the lounge takes you to the dining room/reading room with table and chairs and a reading area with armchair and sofa both with views out to the garden. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for the whole family and there is a useful utility room with WC. Heading upstairs takes you to the three bedrooms, 2 doubles both with sea and garden views, a bunk bedded room . Family bathroom with a bath and shower over and WC. Situated on top of the decking there’s a Swiss style log cabin/summer house with a large L shaped sofa bed , and drinks fridge, where guests can add even more additional sleeping (+2). This air-conditioned space can be used as a kid’s games room or whatever you choose. There is a wall mounted smart TV that can be used for movie times or to watch the match, or kid’s consoles. There is also a shower room with a shower and WC in the cabin.

Outside at the front there is an enclosed lawned garden with a decked area. A bar area with stunning west facing sea views. garden furniture and sea view, also can be used for barbecues and sundowners as it looks out to the west where you can witness stunning sunsets on the horizon as the sun falls below the sea.  Here is also an additional swiss cabin with seating and a sofa bed inside for an additional guest. There is also a shower room with a WC.
