Stayed for a week and the cottage is well presented. In a lovely area, prime spot for supermarkets in vicinity in sprowton and Wroxham and the broads 6 mins away. Norwich in the other direction about 15 mins.. The property is set up well and a good size for a 2 bed spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage and good facilities when you find them ie,Read more hairdryer, alarm clock but everything thought out for what you need.. downstairs lounge again well presented with plenty of furniture and facilities everything you need. armchair and sofa,s are practical but not very comfy, kitchen is provided with everything you need for cooking but sensitive fire alarms..cupboards are a bit worn ..overall this property has been thought out with everything you need for sunny and rainy days. very informative with information for the cottage aswell as out and about and where to eat...
