Sitting in the heart of the village of Abersoch, this splendid and spacious property has been refurbished for summer 2024 and offers sumptuous accommodation to large groups of friends and families with two dogs in tow. Make full use of the seaside shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that surround you, and enjoy traditional beach days under the sun at the mile-long Abersoch Beach (0.5 miles). Soak in the panoramic views of Cardigan Bay here, and enjoy water sports on the calm, crystal-clear waters. For more beach fun, particularly surfing, head to Hell’s Mouth Beach 2 miles away, or even closer, Porth Ceriad Beach. Another popular seaside village is Llanbedrog (3 miles) where you’ll find a long and sandy National Trust beach as well as colourful beach huts, a sandy bar, family-friendly pubs and quirky art galleries.

As you arrive at the property and find four private parking spaces for the group, take a moment to appreciate the property’s beachy charm thanks to its white exterior combined with dashes of seaside blue. On entry you’ll find a handy porch space for kicking off sandy shoes or wiping dogs down. Move further into the house, and to your right find its social heart, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. Fresh air and sunlight flows through this spacious room thanks to the large windows, garden doors and skylights, offering a wonderful spot for the group to unwind together. Relax in the lounge after days of coastal walking, flicking on the Smart TV, firing up the wood burner and sinking into the comfortable, stylish seating. When stomachs start to rumble, swing open the garden doors so dogs can amble in and out, and head over to the well-appointed kitchen to find every needed for whipping up grand group feasts. Enjoy the chef’s work at the large, round dining table nearby, or al fresco-style on the patio outside. For some extra space and a moment of quiet, find another lounge on the ground floor with stylish, seaside-inspired decor, a wall-mounted Smart TV and another roaring wood burner. When day turns to night, choose from six sumptuous bedrooms, starting with the king-size room on the ground floor which features an en-suite shower room and can be converted into a twin room on request. A family shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, find five more bedrooms, including two more flexible king-size rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a regular king-size bedroom, a welcoming double room, and a cosy bunk room that kids will love. A well-appointed family bathroom completes the first floor and interior.

Outside, make full use of the enclosed and furnished patio area, gathering for al fresco breakfasts and evening meals. When the sun shines, move further into the garden and find a peaceful, elevated lawn space with soft outdoor seating for unwinding on with your holiday read or glass of something chilled.

Fabulous cottage for a group of 12 people (8 adults and 4 kids ranging 4 - 15). The location is superb for the shops and pubs and the beach is a short 5 min walk away. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen/living space and a separate living room. All bedrooms are a decent size and very comfortable. Overall a fantastic week had.

Lovely place for a large group of people,adults and children..So close (5 minutes max) to amenities such as pubs,shops and restaurants,and a lot of variety..Beach is a 10 minute walk but it's a fair old hill coming back..Overall Abersoch is a fabulous,and this holiday home matched the area..Would go back again as so many places we didn't have time Read moreto go.. This house is fab for a large family group with lots of space for children and adults. We had a wonderful week here and was very lucky to be blessed with good weather. We enjoyed sitting at the garden table a few times and the children and dog loved playing in the garden. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a fabulous holiday. Very convenient location in Abersoch; we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful beaches in the area. The house was delightful and plenty of room for eight of us and two small dogs.
