The cottage is located at the end of a quiet terraced street just 250m from the historic Tenby town walls and vibrant town centre. The town enjoys an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and takeaways, not to mention a plethora of independent and high street shops. For days at the beach, Tenby really shines with four golden sand beaches to choose from - the nearest being the North Beach, just 450m away, enjoying views towards the iconic harbour. There are plenty of family attractions nearby too with Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activity just a 3 mile drive away.
As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into an inviting open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. There's a plush corner sofa and armchair centred around the 65", wall-mounted Smart TV for cosy evenings in after days out at the beach . There's a modern oak dining table leading into the contemporary fitted kitchen which has been suitably equipped to rustle up a meal or pack a light lunch to go. There is a wheelchair-friendly lift within the kitchen to take you to first floor which is available on request. Completing the ground floor is the garage which has a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus two wall mounted bike racks for safe storage. Up on the first floor, you will find three light and airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with classic Cornish bed frame, built in wardrobe space and a 43" wall mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom is also a double with large built in wardrobe. The third room is a single with Cornish bed frame. Please note the lift will arrive in this room when in use. The family bathroom is also on the first floor consisting of contemporary wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.
