The cottage is located at the end of a quiet terraced street just 250m from the historic Tenby town walls and vibrant town centre. The town enjoys an excellent selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and takeaways, not to mention a plethora of independent and high street shops. For days at the beach, Tenby really shines with four golden sand beaches to choose from - the nearest being the North Beach, just 450m away, enjoying views towards the iconic harbour. There are plenty of family attractions nearby too with Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activity just a 3 mile drive away.

As you enter the cottage you are welcomed into an inviting open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. There's a plush corner sofa and armchair centred around the 65", wall-mounted Smart TV for cosy evenings in after days out at the beach . There's a modern oak dining table leading into the contemporary fitted kitchen which has been suitably equipped to rustle up a meal or pack a light lunch to go. There is a wheelchair-friendly lift within the kitchen to take you to first floor which is available on request. Completing the ground floor is the garage which has a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus two wall mounted bike racks for safe storage. Up on the first floor, you will find three light and airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with classic Cornish bed frame, built in wardrobe space and a 43" wall mounted Smart TV. The second bedroom is also a double with large built in wardrobe. The third room is a single with Cornish bed frame. Please note the lift will arrive in this room when in use. The family bathroom is also on the first floor consisting of contemporary wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Externally, the cottage benefits from an enclosed courtyard garden, a real find in such a central spot. The garden has a deck terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal to enjoy a cool drink in the evening sun or your morning coffee before heading out for the day.

We had a lovely stay in Tenby at May's place . The property was clean , comfortable and has all the amenities needed to make it a home from home . It's perfectly situated to all Tenby has to offer but is also in a very quiet area . I can highly recommend this cottage .

Excellent accommodation. Very home from home with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for 5 people and our dog. Children loved the board games available and played chess all night long. Great addition of wi-fi and apps on the television. Great location for walking into town and the beaches. ParRead moreking was not an issue at the time we were there as we were lucky to find street parking. Would most definetly recommend. We had a great time, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Hide

A very comfortable well equipped house . Our car (Corsa) fitted in garage but anything much bigger would struggle. Excellent position 10 mins strole to the sea front, close to railway station and buses too.

Loved the cottage itself, more than sufficient accommodation for a three generation family ranging from 2yrs to 68 years with arthritic knees, plus a dog!! Clean, bright and comfortable. Bonus lift to bedrooms for anyone with mobility issues (wheelchair). Great location for Tenby itself and beautiful beaches (although beware of dog restrictions duRead morering summer months).
