What a find, it's such a beautiful place, you've got countryside all around you yet you have so many places to explore within a 20 minutes drive. The hot tub was a bonus and was enjoyed every day after exploring what North Devon has to offer. Due to an oversight and system error by the agent over having the 2nd bed made up on arrival the owRead moreners had to purchase brand new bedding as they we're unaware the 2nd bed was being used during our stay as their current bedding was being laundered. It was lovely to meet Jackie and Tom, they went above and beyond to make our stay special and the homemade scones were delicious. Will definitely be back for a relaxing holiday Hide

If you need to get away from it all, this is the place. No people, no light pollution, no noise, apart from birds. Total relaxation, lovely hot tub. You will have to drive to get to civilisation. Or walk a while down the road to a tiny pub, The Poltimore Arms and have a chat with a very interesting landlord and his cat - no food there. No other Read morecustomers when we visited. Hide

Fantastic cottage. Very well equipped to a high spec and spotlessly clean. The owners have put so much thought into ensuring every need has been catered for. The prosecco and delicious homemade shortbread (I should have asked for the recipe) are very welcome. The lovely hot tub is amazing to stargaze in as night falls. We had such a lovely stay at this gorgeous cottage. Its so beautifully presented and very well equipped. The hot tub and wood burner make it feel extra special too. We loved the rural location right on Exmoor, super peaceful but also only a 12 minute drive to South Molton for supplies. We particularly loved our trips to Lynton & Lynmouth, BarricaneRead more beach, Simonsbath and Quince honey farm. Jackie and Tom are lovely hosts and very accommodating. I wish we could have stayed a little longer! Hide

Myself, my husband and my daughter visited the beautiful Kosi Kot just this last week. The holiday home was incredibly well presented. We had more than enough space for the three of us with my daughter having the whole of the upstairs to herself for the week. The hot tub was a welcome addition, and we also enjoyed exploring the local area for runniRead moreng. We visited many places and cooked here most nights as it was so lovely to come home to. Hide

Lovely cottage very clean, lovely hot tub, friendly owners, the only negative is that the nearest town/shops are over 5 miles away and bigger towns and beaches are over 10 mikes away and lots of narrow winding roads.

Kozi Kots is absolutely outstanding. It is set in the most peaceful location where all you hear is the buzz of the bees and the whistle of the wind. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the most stunning location. The garden, which was blooming with flowers, is a sun trap and perfect for a beer or a G&T. The complementary bottle of fizRead morez was just an added bonus and the hot tub was perfect. We would suggest a visit to Lynton where you can travel on the cliff top railway down to Lynmouth where there are plenty of lovely walks, pubs and eateries or if you want a really tranquil few hours go to Tiverton and take the horse drawn barge trip. You wont be disappointed. Anyway back to Kozi Kots, its amazing, wonderful, peaceful there are not enough words to describe this tranquil oasis, oh and Jackie and Tom are simply legends Hide
