An amazing place to stay. There was every gadget available. There was a lovely welcome pack which included poo bags, tennis balls and treats for the dogs and apple juice, teabags, cookies for the humans. I would definitely stay there again as its one of the few cottage's that take 3 dogs. Theres even a ev charger under a car port.

We had a wonderful stay at The Old School in Hindringham. The property is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly require for your stay. Hindringham was a good base for exploring North Norfolk and handy for supermarkets in nearby Fakenham. Its very close to Binham with the impressive Priory ruins. We enjoyed breakfast twice at The Parlour in Binham. Susan, the properties owner, was very helpful and good at keeping us informed using whats app. She also left us a lovely welcome pack. We were very thankful for that and the little extras like cling film, cooking oil, seasonings etc. All in all we had a great stay and definitely recommend the property. My only regret is that we didnt get round to visiting the local Hindringham Hall with its beautiful gardens. Maybe next time! Hide

This place is amazing - I cant believe its not fully booked the whole year round - although Im glad its not as Ive already booked it again! The property is so spacious, inside and out. The underfloor heating kept everywhere warm, and the log burner added any extra heat that was needed, as well as just looking beautiful! The kitchen / dinner wasRead more beautifully staged for our arrival, with the dinner table all set , which was great as we were eating in the first night. The kitchen is well stocked, with condiments, crockery, pans, mugs, glasses, cling film, foil, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, washing up liquid, paper towels etc. wed brought extra bits with us but we didnt end up using any of the things wed brought with us (apart from washing up gloves). Everywhere is labelled in the kitchen to help you find things as well. The owners had left a gift package of fresh local apple juice, tea bags, cookies, dog welcome bags, and a kids welcome pack. Theyd also stocked the bathrooms with lovely handwash and a toiletries welcome pack. The showers have great pressure and the hot water was endless and very hot throughout our stay. The downstairs en suite was perfect for my elderly parents to have step free access. The upstairs bedrooms and jack & Jill bathroom were so spacious, with great walking wardrobes in both rooms. The owners also accommodated our request for an extra dog, so we had four in the house, but its so big that it didnt feel cramped with all the animals there! The location was perfect to access the north Norfolk coast from. Dont bother with bringing breakfast with you either as there are two great places to get brunch food from in less than ten minutes! The outside space is also lovely with a pergola sun trap , with plenty of patio furniture. This place is hands down the best place I have stayed at! Hide
