Nestled in a rural area with convenient access to many popular attractions, this peaceful yet well-connected part of Wiltshire makes an excellent base for touring or simply relaxing in lush surroundings. Visit Warminster for essential supplies and to see one of the local white horses carved into the chalk hillside or enjoy home-cooked food at the on-site restaurant. Just 4 miles away, you'll find Longleat House and Safari Park, while the historic city of Bath is only 12 miles away. Perhaps spend an afternoon exploring the diverse streets of Frome (4 miles), where parts of the town date back to the medieval period. Frome offers a variety of independent shops, artisans, and eateries to suit all tastes. This contemporary apartment has plenty of eco-credentials and a wonderful position amidst similar properties inspired by Scandinavian design.

Head up the external staircase to the entrance on the first floor of the building. Once inside you'll be met with a welcoming hallway, with plenty of room to leave your coats and shoes. Just next door is a fabulous open-plan living space, cleverly divided to create a generous well equipped kitchen area, a lounge with comfortable seating, Smart TV and wood burner, plus a dining space opposite. This room is light and bright thanks to the full height windows and door leading onto the balcony that spans the rear of the property. Also on this floor are two of the three bedrooms, a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size zip-and-link that can be converted into twin beds if required. The contemporary bathroom is next door. Across the lounge you'll find stairs rising into the eaves, where the final bedroom is located, a super-king-size zip-and-link that can also be converted into twin beds. This spacious room has dual aspect Velux windows from which to admire the views.

Heading outside onto the balcony from the living space, you can settle down with a good book and a sundowner or simply relax and watch the livestock opposite. There is a shared lawn area surrounding the properties, scenic woodland trails and over 150 acres of parkland to explore. In addition there is a bouncy castle available daily until September (additional costs apply), yoga classes (to be booked in advance directly with the owner) and park runs held weekly.
