This inviting property is nestled in a sprawling 7,000-acre estate, where you’ll find a plethora of activities to indulge in, backed by the rolling hills of Cranborne Chase National Landscape. Hikers can explore numerous trails, while golf enthusiasts can access Rushmore Golf Club with an 18-hole parkland course and an inviting clubhouse, just across the drive. Head to Tollard Royal, a village with a charming local pub (3 miles). The Larmer Tree Victorian Pleasure Gardens  is only 1.5 miles away, and both Salisbury Cathedral and the New Forest National Park are reachable within 18 miles. Shaftesbury, with its quaint high street, eateries and boutique shops, is just 8 miles away. Why not take a leisurely stroll along Park Walk and soak in the panoramic views of the Blackmore Vale, or pay a visit to the picturesque Gold Hill?

French doors open into a striking open-plan living space, cleverly divided into areas for relaxing, dining or cooking. There is a wood burner, perfect for snuggling beside whilst you watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Just behind is the table for two and a contemporary kitchen area. This accommodation is stunning and the grounds equally so. Everything had been thought about in terms of convenience and comfort. I have already recommended to work colleagues. This did not disappoint and I hope to come back again, next time I would be keen to try a winter weekend, as its so cozy.

Really cosy cottage but could do with some more lighting/lamps. We moved a lamp down from the bedroom which did improve things but a standard lamp would have been great to make reading easier when on the sofas.

Magical place to hideaway and relax. Endless vista, ancient trees and fabulous walks. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful bonus.
