This impressive townhouse apartment is set over two floors and enjoys an enviable seafront location in Newquay, overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay Harbour. Newquay is bursting onto the gastronomic scene, with a wide variety of stylish eateries, including sushi, incredible tapas and of course gourmet burgers! Head down to Newquay harbour and enjoy the plentiful street food on offer as well as beautiful seafood all within the same complex. Once you have enjoyed some of the fantastic cuisine, you don't need to look far for some great family entertainment and buzzing nightlife. Try the amusement arcades, mini golf and the impressive Aquarium. When you are ready for more adventures, try one of the many beaches on your doorstep and places like Padstow (17 miles) for more harbourside fun and delights. Try the camel trail and cycle along this stunning bike path that runs along the estuary. Mawgan Porth is just 5 miles away and offers some of the most breath taking coastline in Cornwall.

The period hallway, greets you with wonderful tiles and atmosphere, and as you enter your apartment you are met with the sociable lounge/kitchen/diner where you can relax after a day out exploring and watch a family film on the Smart TV, or gather at the dining table and enjoy a family meal prepared in the very well equipped kitchen. Head on through to find a ground floor triple room that also provides access to the rear patio. A handy shower room is also on the ground floor. Head upstairs and you will find the other 3 bedrooms, 1 twin bed room, 1 small 4' double bed and the master bedroom which has twin beds that can be pushed together easily to make a super king-size. The outside balcony in this room is somewhere you could sit for hours as you watch the early morning surfers and swimmers splashing in the swell. All of these bedrooms have en-suite facilities, perfect for all to wash away the day’s activities.

Outside you have a choice of two areas. One is a patio at the rear with seating and the front patio has a nice bench to sit and watch the world go by.

Fantastic Location, Stunning Views, and a Great Base for the Beach We had a brilliant stay at this cottage. The location couldnt be better it was perfect for slipping into wetsuits and walking straight down to the beach, with everything we needed just a short stroll away. The view from the balcony made mornings extra special a stunning spot toRead more enjoy a coffee and take in the surroundings. The house was cosy and well-equipped. It might feel a bit of a squeeze if youre using all the beds, but we managed just fine. The multiple bathrooms were a big plus and made things much easier with a group. Parking was pretty good a little bit of juggling at times, but we always found a spot nearby. A photo of the best parking area would be a helpful addition, just to avoid any initial faff. It took us a while to figure out that the air fryer doubled as a toaster, and although the washing machine wasnt working during our visit, we managed without. A simple welcome sheet with things like the Wi-Fi password, recycling info, and appliance tips would make a great addition. All in all, a lovely place in a fantastic spot wed happily come back. Hide

On the whole the property was ok but there are a few things that need addressing. There is no information file in the property so had to text for Wi-Fi password, usually this would be in the file along with local information, departure information and requirements for bins, bedding and towels, also fire and emergency procedures and safety certificaRead moretes. In the small double room the bed is not big enough for 2 average adults to have a comfortable stay, our feet touched the kick board at the bottom of the bed and we are not overly tall, also the shower in this room is far too small, not enough room to even bend down and pick up soap without burning yourself on the shower pipes. There are also no drawers to store clothes, only a hanging area. Kitchen was nice but there are no cupboards to store food as they all had pots and pans in them, also needs a toaster. The car parking at the back of property is VERY tight and you would struggle to park there if you had a large car, could also do with a sign to say which property the space is for like the other adjoining properties, also there was quite a lot of animal feaces in the parking area. Good points are the location, close to town so short walk to local amenities and close to the beach. A good sized property for a family get together or larger family. Hide
