Sitting astride the border between Powys and Shropshire, head to the thriving market town of Knighton (10 miles) to join Offa’s Dyke or dive into the history of the local area at Knighton Museum. Enjoy a scenic stroll around the stunning medieval castle set amongst world-famous gardens at Powis Castle and Gardens (21 miles) or enjoy stunning views across Powys and Shropshire aboard the Heart of Wales Railway Line from Knighton.
