Nestled within the charming coastal village of Porthtowan lies this conveniently located beach house, offering ample space and modern amenities for cherished moments with family and friends. Positioned mere moments away from one of the UK's premier surfing destinations, the residence provides easy access to local treasures such as the renowned Mermaid Pool and a variety of dining options. As you wander along the coastline, keep an eye out for the occasional appearance of dolphins, seals, and basking sharks. When you're ready to explore further afield, Cornwall's iconic attractions, including The Eden Project, Land’s End, Godrevy, and St Ives, await all within 30 miles of the property.

Step off on the beach and into this perfect beachside retreat. Relax and unwind on the large comfy sofas, and put your feet up in front of the Smart TV where you can watch all of your favourite programmes. Next door is a large bright kitchen/diner which is fully equipped and has everything required to pack up a lunch for on the beach or enjoy a cooked breakfast around the large dining table. Moving up the stairs, you have two good-sized bedrooms. The first is a family room with bunk beds and two single beds, and the other is a double bedroom. Also on this floor is a family bathroom.

Outside is a lovely rear patio area with a large table and chairs and space to hang wet suits and beach equipment. The beach is a few metres away and is essentially your front garden!
