Situated on the edge of the charming coastal town of Cromer, this spacious and welcoming property offers an excellent base for families and groups of friends to explore the beautiful Norfolk coastline and its many seaside towns and villages. In Cromer (less than a mile), make sure to tuck into a Cromer crab sandwich before marvelling at the town’s iconic pier bursting with entertainment and history. Further along the coast, there’s a family-friendly beach at Sheringham (4.5 miles) and a promenade from which to soak up the views. Blakeney National Nature Reserve (15 miles) is also worth a visit for its grey seals and rare visiting seabirds. Heading inland, the market town of Holt (10 miles) is a delight, with shops and eateries amongst its narrow, winding streets.

As you step through the front door and through the entrance porch, ideal for kicking off sandy shoes and sea-sprayed coats, you will find yourself in the airy, open-plan living space that combines the lounge and diner. With its high ceilings and comfortable seating, the lounge is a wonderful space to unwind after busy days of walking and adventuring, made even cosier by Smart TV and crackling wood burner. When stomachs start to rumble, lay the table in this open-plan space before moving through to the well-appointed kitchen where you’ll find all you need to whip up memorable holiday feasts for the group. When day turns to night, walk past the ground-floor shower room and the first of the three bedrooms – a cosy single bedroom. Upstairs, under the eaves, choose from a sumptuous double room and a flexible room that can be arranged as a double or twin based on your needs. Serving the upstairs bedrooms and completing the interior is a well-equipped family bathroom.

Outside, to the front of the property is a peaceful garden space with flower beds, offering a lovely spot for a quiet morning brew. To the rear, find even more garden space, enclosed and furnished, boasting all you need for al fresco evening meals together.

A modern semi detached house in a quiet setting but near an industrial estate and a fairly busy road. Despite this we house was quiet and close to services and the railway station. The front is a short walk away as is the town centre.

This is a lovely cottage in a great location, very close to three supermarkets, the town centre and beach and also the bus and train stations. The cottage was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the garden was well equipped and secure for our dog. We would really recommend the coastal bus trip to Wells and taking the train to Hoveton and lWRead moreroxham to hire a boat. We also took the train into Norwich. There is a lot to do in the area - we will definitely return to do the many things we couldn't fit in on this trip. We weren't very lucky with the weather on this occasion, but Cromer and the surrounding beaches and villages are beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Hide

Don't bother, we were very disappointed especially at the price point, the place is tired and when we arrived dirty and grubby so we had to unload the car and set too cleaning the floors, crockery and cutlery, This is a shame as you basically lose a day so they can supposedly do a deep clean, we even cut our holiday short by a day although the placRead moree was cleaner on our departure than on our arrival. There are no instructions for anything, usually you find a file with WiFi passwords, heating and other appliances there is nothing at all.so we had to muddle through as best we could. The dining table chairs were so old the seats sagged through when you used them and you can only get 4 channels on the TV even though it's Freeview. Hide
