This charming, four-bedroom property is in the pretty coastal area of Langland; inviting families and groups of friends to discover the beauty of the Welsh coast together. Just a short drive from Mumbles (1 mile), Langland is instantly recognisable thanks to its quaint beach huts and golden sand. This sought-after holiday hotspot is great for swimming, paddle boarding and surfing. Grab a bucket and net and head to the rock pools, play a round of golf, walk the coastal path, or simply relax on the beach with a picnic. Langland Bay has a couple of good cafes and an excellent restaurant, so you’ve plenty of options if you don’t fancy cooking for the day.

Enter the house through the large hallway where you can kick off sandy shoes and sea-sprayed coats. From the hallway you will access the spacious living room with soft seating and a Smart TV – the perfect ingredients for a cosy movie night together, warmed by the crackling wood burner that awaits. When stomachs start to rumble, let the chosen chef lead the way through to the well-appointed open-plan kitchen/diner. Here, find all you need to whip up memorable feasts for the group, as well as another seating area with an open fire where you can relax and chat as the chef works their magic. When day turns to night, walk past the utility room and shower room as you head upstairs to find the sumptuous bedrooms. On the first floor, choose from two king-size bedrooms, both served the family bathroom. On the second floor, two single rooms await beneath the eaves, each with an additional pull-out bed for little ones.

Outside, at the front of the property, enjoy plenty of space to park on the gravel beneath the palm trees. While at the rear, you’ll find a terraced garden area with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy quiet morning coffees as the sun rises, or al fresco evening meals using the BBQ.

Beautiful house, really enjoyed being there. Very clean, quality fittings, with lots of homely touches. Comfy bed, quality bedding. Loved the big fridge, with iced water etc. Nice welcome pack. Ideal location to walk into Mumbles & local beaches, bit of a climb back up to house, but as long as you're reasonably fit, no problem. Nice not having to uRead morese the car most days. There were only two of us, so we only really used parts of the house & were rattling about a bit. It is a large house & would be ideal for a larger group, or even two small families...loads of room. Excellent to have own parking on drive too. Very quiet area, although we did have builders two doors away, who woke us at 7.30 each morning arriving in their vans & starting machinery, but this didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the place. Just back from a weeks break at Brynfield House. Beautiful accommodation spotlessly clean/presented/decorated and everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen. Beds were amazingly comfortable and parking easily big enough for 2 cars ( we managed to get 3 on there) The location is just up the road from langland beach so very handy forRead more costal walks and lots of choice for eating out close by.
