Children can engage in activities like exploring the Devil's Cauldron and building dens. Other days out include the nearby market town of Tavistock (8.5 miles), the Tamar Trails Centre (6 miles) and historic Morwellham Quay (8 miles). Further afield, The Eden Project (30 miles) beckons nature enthusiasts with its rainforest biomes and outdoor gardens, featuring exotic species and sculptures.

Enter this fabulous reverse-living woodland lodge into the hallway, where you’ll find three bedrooms on the ground floor. The first is a twin, which can be made into a super-king-size on request and offers plenty of space for a restful stay, followed by a wonderful double bedroom with a convenient en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom as well as French doors leading out to the garden. The third bedroom is a twin that can also be made into a king-size on request and a shower room completes the ground floor. Moving upstairs you will find a wonderful lounge/diner offering cosy seating around the TV and a lovely outlook out onto the park and woodland, this is a great spot for popping on a film and snuggling up for a great night in. The dining table is a pleasant place to sit and have a coffee or enjoy a board game together. The kitchen is modern and bright and very well equipped, whether it be popping on the slow cooker or whipping up a toastie, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located on-site for the more active guests in the group is a tennis court, games room and children's play area or enjoy an evening at the Honicombe Arms, the onsite pub!

We absolutely loved our stay at treetops Lodge it was a fantastic property. It was spacious and had plenty of room , even when holidaying with 3 teenage boys. It was well equipped and had everything you needed and more ! The hot tub was amazing and really big and we enjoyed getting into this every evening after a busy day. The holiday park wasRead more great, it was handy to have the pub just down the hill . The food was lovely from there too. There were other facilities such as pools , games rooms and a shop onsite which we didnt use. But they would be useful if you had younger children im sure. The location was ideal and we went out every day exploring Cornwall and the surrounding areas. We visited several national trust properties as well as a couple of national trust beaches that were off the beaten track. We also went to dartmoor wild swimming which was another national trust place. We visited the local tea rooms Louis tea rooms for a cream tea which was absolutely delicious and really well priced. We also ordered Indian takeaway from the Balti King in Callington which we would highly recommend. We had a brilliant stay and made loads of fantastic memories. I would highly recommend treetops Lodge for a family holiday , a group of friends or even a couple. You really cant go wrong , thanks so much x Hide
