Beautiful holiday accommodation inside but needs some attention outside. The windows and window sills need cleaning. Lawn in the garden is almost nonexistent its more like a small field. The information on recycling needs reviewing, 2 bins outside the property but nowhere to put glass bottles or dog waste, we traveled 20 miles to a recycling depot Read morebut couldnt leave our recycling as we didnt know we had to prebook. Contemporary bungalow, modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. 3 car drive although easy walking to the local pubs, wine bar bistro and shops including a lovely bakery. Room for entertaining outside in summer but also good group eating facilities indoors. No complaints and reasonable prices in April.

One of the double beds is too small for 2 adults. The furniture outside needs cleaning and new cushions. Forget using the pizza oven as it needs gas which is not supplied. The weber bbq is coal/ charcoal and in good working order. The property overall is great and we will return.

We had a lovely week in Tamar as 6 adults and a 2 year old. The house is perfect and has everything you could possibly need when staying away from home. Lots of space throughout the house, the bedrooms were very comfy. I few points to be aware of though, the descriptions states there is a log burner, however there is not one. One of the rooms with Read morea double bed is more of a very small double bed, you struggle to get two adults onto the bed comfortably. Also states the fuel is not provided for the pizza oven, however it is but it was showing as low gas, contacted the owners to see if a new gas cylinder could be dropped but we had no response from the owner unfortunately. A great week all round. Hide

Tamar was a great holiday let for our stay, the bathrooms and bedrooms are so spacious and with the secure garden it was so nice to have an outside space which isn't overlooked and was a real sun trap for relaxing in. Our dogs had plenty of room to run around aswell as plenty of room in the large lounge to settle. The Air hockey table was a great aRead moreddition which saw plenty of use. Hide

Beautiful bungalow, in a good location for getting about to all the lovely places in North Cornwall, the beds were very comfortable and clean, could have been cleaner throughout if I'm honest, very well equipped with all that's needed in the kitchen, all in all good value for money. Mrs Griffiths

Tamar is a wonderfully located bungalow in a very quiet cul de sac. It has been renovated and was very spacious for our family group. We had a few issues on arrival and the owner was very responsive and sorted these quickly. Beds are super comfy and lay out was great in that we all had our own space.

The house is beautifully presented and extremely clean. We were impressed with how well-equipped the property was - it had everything we could have needed. We had a fantastic stay as large family (8 of us, 4 couples). Due to the layout of the property, it felt like we all had our own space which was perfect as well as the fantastically throughtout Read more'communal' areas. It is in an ideal location for local amenities - we went to the Dog House for pizza (we would highly recommend). We also went to the Ivy House (again we would strongly recommend). You are in walking distance/short drive to Treyarnon beach, which is ideal for bodyboarding and watching the sunsets - there is also a Youth Hostel here which serves food and drink. You are a short drive away from Padstow too! We thought the house was in an excellent location. The only negatives (if you can call them that) is that the front bedroom is described as being a double bed and we felt it was more of a 3/4 size bed - this made it rather snug for the couple in that room. There was also a slight issue with the Wi-Fi which meant we couldn't watch TV in the bedrooms, but I imagine that is easily fixable and shouldn't deter people from staying. We would highly recommend this property though and would definitely rebook in the future. Hide
