Cottage is superb! Well equipped with lovely fluffy towels. The shower has good pressure with comfortable beds. Plenty of room to relax in and storage in the bedrooms for all your belongings. Kitchen was clean and tidy with plenty of kitchen utensils. Loved the electric gate, calling the number worked well and convenient. Would love to return.

We stayed at Farwood Cottage in the Easter Holidays. The location was perfect, 10 mins away from DurdleDoor/Lulworth Cove, Ringstead Bay and close to Weymouth. The cottage is located on a bridal way and is a bit out of the way of the main road. This wasn't a problem for us at all. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a gated parkingRead more area right outside the cottage. The cottage was clean and well presented with a real authentic feel. The kitchen had everything you would need utensils and pans for cooking. The bedrooms were very cosy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bed lining was super soft, it felt lovely. Two bedrooms had a lovely view into the garden with horses on the field behind the garden. The stairs were steep and the upstairs doorways and kitchen doorway were low, my husband kept hitting his head. The upstairs bathroom was our least favourite room of the house. It was very dark and the lighting kept flickering. It just had a bit of an eerie feel to it. The shower was nice and powerful. There was a Farwood cottage booklet in the lounge with all of the information that you would need for your stay. It was very informative. The lounge was nice, again a little dark, but the wood burner was a nice addition. We bought our own wood and fire lighters and got it going in the evenings. The garden was nice but the grass could have done with a cut, it was a bit overgrown. But it was lovely having the horses at the end of the garden. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage. It was in a perfect location and was a lovely cosy cottage for our family of 5. We would recommend. Hide

Wow! What a beautiful cottage and an amazing location. Very welcoming, well equipped, spacious, clean and fresh. Comfy beds, we slept really well. Had a wonderful few days, I didnt want to leave! Lots to see and do in the surrounding area, and a lovely garden to enjoy the warm evenings. Maybe a longer visit next time!

The toilet flush in the upstairs bathroom was extremely difficult to use, and took ages for it to refill with water. Everything else was perfect. A lovely stay and we felt at home there.

Farwood Cottage is a beautiful cottage! It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and is perfectly situated off the beaten track. We had a great time there with plenty of space and very easy parking. The access instructions were very clear and helpful. Thank you!

The cottage has been done nicely. Be aware that it is down a farm track with no signs of where to find cottage, really not ideal and no warning of it. Also the stairs are very steep again no warning when we have little baby. Also a lot of cctv around the outside of the cottage, one sign warning you which is against a side window that you wouldnRead moret see. Hide

Nice house & location, friendly horses at end of the garden - shame about the road leading to the property with extreme pot holes

a really lovely cottage. well positioned to reach the beaches and inland attractions and very comfortable to stay in. it has everything you will need and the interior is much larger than it looks in the pictures. there were 3 adults and 2 dogs in our group and we had plenty of space. we would be very happy to stay there again.
