Harbour View is directly on the front and offers stunning views over the river, harbour and coastal headlands in the ever-popular Exmoor village of Lynmouth. There is a spacious covered balcony with great views over Lynmouth Bay and across to Wales. Refurbished in 2017, this first floor apartment is light and airy with tasteful contemporary décor and furnishings making Harbour View the perfect holiday headquarters in an idyllic setting any time of year. The village sits on the coastal edge of Exmoor National Park and, along with its twin village Lynton, joined by the famous cliffside Furnicular railway, offers great facilities with a wide choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and unique shops. There is also a cinema, tennis courts and bowling greens. The roomy open plan living area has two sets of patio doors leading out onto a covered balcony, which provides river, sea and countryside views. The top of the range kitchen is well equipped and a spacious dining area gives plenty of space for dining with family and friends. There are two beautiful bedrooms on the same floor, a master with en-suite and relaxing seating plus a twin room with a Smart TV.  The accommodation is flexible for couples or families. You can leave the car behind while staying at Harbour View and enjoy what this stunning coastal location has to offer. You are on the doorstep of some of the most eye-catching countryside in the South West. Exmoor is home to a huge variety of flora and fauna as well as red deer and numerous coastal and inland footpaths, many of which can be reached directly from the village.  Exploring by car opens up many more opportunities with many beauty spots including the Doone Valley, Tarr Steps and The Valley of the Rocks close by. It is a perfect base for exploring the stunning landscapes of North Devon and will undoubtedly become a firm favourite you won't want to leave.

Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

A super week...despite the weather! Lovely apartment and location, pristine clean , very comfortable especially bed and pillows. Thoroughly enjoyed and will book again.

Harbour View is a wonderful place in a beautiful setting. Peaceful but near to facilities and spotlessly clean. A fabulous apartment.

Beautifully furnished ,Very clean and comfortable in a great central location- lots going on but very peaceful at nights and early mornings for those who need a rest!
