The cottage was very spacious for 7 of us and a dog. The bed linen was very clean, beds were comfortable, towels were soft and clean on our arrival. The location of the cottage was perfect, with lovely views of the river. Not too far for us to travel to the beaches. Plenty of places within the village for eating.

We had a lovely April short break here, the house has a lovely feel, quiet location with fabulous views across the river and fields beyond. Separate sitting room and dining room and conservatory means space for people to do their own thing. Comfortable beds, all slept well. Garden a real bonus, we saw bats in the evening. There were a few boats moRead moreored up opposite, but we only saw the occasional dog walker go by, possibly in the summer it might be busier? We had dinner at the Lord Nelson pub - (next door but not a noisy neighbour!) was very welcoming and went above and beyond to adjust for autistic member of our party. Excellent food. Only wish we had longer to explore the river walks more..... Hide

A comfortable cottage with lovely views of the river Yare and open countryside, log burner and a basket of goodies very kindly left for us in the kitchen. During our stay we enjoyed a Sunday roast in The Ship pub as well as fish and chips purchased locally, lunch at the tea room next door and food and souvenirs bought from Cannells by the River a fRead moreew doors away but the Lord Nelson pub situated on the other side of the property was closed during our stay. We took a walk to Humpty Brewery and purchased some ales there and also went further afield to Norwich and Great Yarmouth by car and by train (the train station is ideally placed about 10 minutes walk from the cottage). Beccles is also worth a visit as well as the Ferry Inn pub which has views of the Reedham ferry. We had a great time and would recommend both the cottage and the location for a holiday. Hide

A lovely cottage overlooking the river in Reedham, ideal for 7-8 guests. It was comfortable and good value for money, we enjoyed the fire pit and the walk along the river. We had a great day out in Winterton-on-Sea.

We were very pleased with our cottage - and Julia was fantastic. Its a lovely cottage, in a great location - with everything you need in very close proximity. We also ordered afternoon tea for when we got there - from next door - and that was lovely, really good quality. 5* from me - and will definitely visit again sometime.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful village with lots of interesting walks on the doorstep and 3 very good pubs serving good food. Some of the upstairs floors are creaky and a bit uneven but on the whole our family really enjoyed our stay and the welcome pack and voucher for the tea room next door were a lovely surprise. Thank you

Our family staycation at the cottage was amazing indeed! The house was super clean and the kitten was fully stocked with all the equipment needed. The back garden was also really nice and the location of the cottage was nice with a river view and free parking. We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 7 and would highly recommend this cottage!
