Set in an elevated position with views towards Poole Harbour, Bournemouth, Christchurch, and the Isle of Wight, this family-friendly property has a fully enclosed garden, perfect for dogs and children. Take a walk down to the village centre, where you’ll find local amenities, or head to the beach, where unspoiled dunes make the ideal backdrop for lazy days together. Head outside via the main entrance door into the garden. This naturalistic space has swathes of lawn bordered by established shrubs and, of course, more wonderful sea views. The garden is fully enclosed.

Our second weeks stay and if available next year we will definitely go again. Possibly the best view of the sea in Studland. Its located up a steep road so you need to be fit to walk from the village. Cant fault the bungalow at all. Love it.

Not luxurious but delightfully homely. Faultlessly clean, warm, with a view to die for. Excellent dog-walking on the doorstep, with no need to drive. The local beaches are a short drive, but well worth it.

Great property and great location. If you like walks, straight from your house, then this is for you. Half way between Studland and Swanage and the perfect location. If more than four of you then the seating in the front room is a little sparce. House got a little cold in the evening, but it did say we could use the boost, so that we did. A well equipped and cosy cottage in an absolutely superb location which was an ideal base for exploring the local area. There are sea views of Studland Bay from the garden as well as the main bedroom and lounge, waking up to that view was just simply inspiring. All within walking distance without using the car are numerous walks from the door. TurnRead more right up the hill to Ballard Down, Swanage and Old Harry's Rocks. Turn left down the hill to the beaches of Studland Bay and Agglestone Rock. A short drive away is the expanse of the Studland Peninsula, RSPB Arne as well as Sandbanks via the ferry and Brownsea Island. A really enjoyable stay, we will return in the near future. Hide

Our first time at the cottage and in Studland. The cottage. The cottage is in a nice position with a beautiful view. Very handy for the village shop and the beach. It's a proper cottage with everything that you need. Plenty of places nearby to grab a quick meal.

This was the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in and certainly the best location! The garden was beautiful and natural, full of cowslips and primroses and the best view ever.
