I had booked this gorgeous property for my mums 60th birthday. From the offset the host Hannah was very accommodating, she passed over contact details for a caterer so we could really relax when we got there. Grassyards and the land around the property are absolutely outstanding. Every room was beautifully laid out with robes/slippers and towels. TRead morehere was complimentary cakes on arrival along with a bottle of bubbly. We were truly over the moon with the efforts gone into our stay. Perfect for our full family and pets. Absolutely stunning house set in the most beautiful countryside. The house thoroughly deserves it's 5 star rating and our host could not do enough for us during our visit. Totally recommend this property, it's just beautiful and everything has been done to an exceptional standard. We will definitely be going back.

We visited over Christmas and were greeted by a festive decorated house. Great location quiet and good to get away from all the world. Grandma to our mid 20s kids had a great time. Described as one of the best Christmas ever, ace. The kitchen with Aga and electric ovens allowed us to cook all the meals and the twin dish washers saved my hands. CanaRead moresta played on sheep skin-clad chairs made the evenings delightful. Monopoly in the sun lounge gave the family together time. A must visit location. Hide

An incredible property and host. The finishes are 5* in every room, there is genuinely nothing missing or required. I highly recommend this beautiful house. We had 9 family members for the first 3 nights and then 11 at the weekend and there was plenty of room.

We had a great family holiday in a beautifully stylish house. The owners have paid a lot of attention to detail, such as providing high quality toiletries, dressing gowns, Nespresso pods and even mini marshmallows for hot chocolate which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had a great week celebrating a birthday. Children absolutely loved the play area, dog loved the outside space and we thoroughly enjoyed the company, house and surroundings. We stayed for a week at Grassyards to celebrate a 60th, with a varied group we thought we would struggle to find the ideal luxury holiday house, however Grassyards more than met our expectations.
