This property has a lovely aspect overlooking the Porthmeor beach side of St. Ives. It's an easy walk into town, with a steep walk up the hill back. Not a problem for us but worth noting if hills are an issue. We stayed in February and enjoyed the expansive views from the lounge and kitchen in all weathers. The property is very spacious, the bedrooRead morems, and beds, large and comfortable. Two parking places are invaluable with a larger group of people. A disappointing stay in a lovely location. We had problems with lack of lighting at the top of the external stairs, the configuration of the beds were not as described on the website with two rooms made up as twins. We did request that the one twin room we thought we were getting was changed a week before our stay but we were told it was not possibRead morele. We also had stained bedding in one room and a rough bottom sheet that was too uncomfortable to sleep on. Our stay was overshadowed by these issues. We would not recommend that people stay in this apartment at Christmas. Hide

We had an excellent stay at this property it was perfect for our needs. It has a spectacular view from the living area and bedroom. Plenty of space and great to having parking for 2 cars. It was actually nice not to have to use the car as its an easy walk in to town. The walk up from the beach is quite steep!! Highly recommend.

The accommodation was great, very clean and perfect for a weeks stay. my only comment would be its location up a steep hill could be a challenge for some. We made use of local taxis who were very helpful. Steps down to accommodation may be tricky for less active people.

I thought I was hiring house did not realise downstairs apartment, tricky stairs with pushcair and a hill to beach as we, but views were amazing and I would recommend, just need be aware of stairs

A beautifully appointed, modern property in perfect location. We had a lovely time here - it's warm and comfortable easy parking on site is just a huge bonus in St Ives. 5 minutes to The Tate and Porthmeor beach, only another 5 mins into Fore Street and the front. We absolutely loved staying here, the accommodation is beautiful and so well looked after. The view is incredible and I still wasnt used to it a week after being there. Location is great 5 minutes into St. Ives which is perfect.

It was clear the accommodation was new as it was so pristine. The bedding and pillows smelt very fresh. The view from the kitchen/diner/lounge and one of the bedrooms was stunning.Very good water pressure in the showers.it was a very short walk to the amazing Porthmeor beach and St Ives Harbour with all the bars , shops and restaurants.But be prepaRead morered for the uphill walk back, it may deter those with mobility issues.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.Only one con beware the seagulls !
