The location was idyllic with plenty of delightful off-lead dog walks. The property was tatty, unwelcoming and none too clean, especially the oven.We even experienced a house fly infestation ( in January!?) . There was plenty to complain about but the main gripes, with sub zero temperatures outside, the heating in the lounge area and bathroom were Read moretotally inadequate. I would wish to point out that my wife and I take several UK short breaks a year and we are not the types that look for faults or nitpick. In fact this is the very first time we have felt the need to register such a scathing feedback. Avoid this property at all costs! Hide

The location was superb and with our dog we were able to explore the surrounding areas. Overall a lovely break but with a few minor issues that could be rectified easily.

Whilst we had a really nice break, loved the location of the cottage and would certainly consider returning - we did feel that for the money we expect a higher level of cleanliness and better general state of repair.
