Tan y Lan Fach is a semi-detached single storey cottage reached by a long private driveway, 1.5 miles south of Llangain, between Llansteffan and Carmarthen (5 miles). The cosy cottage is entered by a glass porch, enabling the views and surrounding area to be enjoyed in any weather. The south-facing open plan kitchen/living/dining area includes TV, Freeview, DVD, WiFi, hi-fi, dining table and chairs, and a door to the garden and patio area. Double bedroom with en suite shower and WC. Heating is provided by a ground source heat pump and solar power energy. Shared utility room with washing machine, sink and freezer.

A great location for walking with both the Wales Coast Path nearby (Wales is the first country in the world to offer a formal walking trail all the way around its coastline) and the Millennium Coastal Path. You can also enjoy birdwatching, cycling, horse riding, golf, National Botanic Garden of Wales, Dylan Thomas's Laugharne, Ffoslas Racecourse, Aberglasney Gardens and motor track racing at Pembrey.
