We had a lovely relaxing week in the cottage. Its a beautiful home, definitely needs a car to be got to though its not reachable by foot or public transport! There are 2 beautiful beaches 20 minutes away Fanore Beach and Lahinch. Lisdoonvarna is about 5/10 minute drive and there's another small town 10 minutes away with shops and pubs. We went to dRead moreoolin also which is about 10/15 minutes drive for food and there's a stony beach and ferries there too! It's very much a beautiful escape from everyday life so I would highly recommend as the cottage itself is very cosy and has the most lovely landscaped garden looking out at mountains and fields and we had a little hare come into the garden every morning that we enjoyed watching! The cottage was full of toys for children and family games aswell as dog toys so it was very family friendly and is gated so is very secure! We also went to the ailwee cave when there that I'd highly recommend. Although the roads are not the nicest to drive it is worth it for the peace you get! Hide
