Prepare for a coastal holiday with friends or family at this seven-person home between the village of Kilmuckbridge (1 mile) and the splendid beach at Morriscastle. This gorgeous beach stretches from Cahore in the north (7 miles) to Tinnaberna in the south (4 miles), giving you plenty of room for walking, picnicking and paddling. You’ll have a scenic golf course 4 miles away or may choose to visit historical sites such as Wells House & Gardens (5.5 miles).

The inside of the house is decorated in a tasteful modern style, starting with the welcoming lounge which features comfortable seating and a TV for relaxing in the evenings. As you’ll notice, the owner has included plenty of decorative touches to ensure you feel at home, such as ornaments and artwork on the walls. Cook up yummy holiday meals in the contemporary kitchen, then sit down together to eat in the light-filled dining area, which has windows on three sides showing the soul-soothing surrounding views. This floor also has a utility room, along with a twin room, a single room, a bathroom and a handy WC. Head up a few steps to find two beautifully decorated double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room.

Outside, the good-sized lawned garden is wonderful for relaxing with fellow guests. There’s patio furniture for dining alfresco and some swings for children, and pets can run freely within this gated space.

We enjoyed our stay in morriscastle,we were very lucky with the weather,house had what we needed,and keyhole was very helpful and friendly,we would return.
