An impressive two-storey lodge with an inviting interior finished to a high standard, a real home-from-home that is perfect for a small family. Active guests seeking an authentic flavour of western Ireland can enjoy easy access to the village of Pettigo (3.5 miles), which is home to shops, pubs and numerous walking trails including the Ulster Way. At the coast, the fabulous beaches at Murvagh and Rossnowlagh (both within 16 miles) are ideal for swimming and walking; both are popular destinations on the Wild Atlantic Way, a route blessed with scenic headlands and welcoming coastal communities.

Situated on the Donegal road, this 19th-century lodge has lost none of its traditional charms, with original features including exposed beams and fireplaces punctuating welcoming rooms dressed in rustic soft furnishings. The wood burner is the focal point of the lounge, an attractive place to retire after a hearty meal in the spacious kitchen/diner, which enjoys scenic country views. A handy utility room rounds off the ground floor. The first floor comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

The fully enclosed lawn garden at the front of the lodge is an attractive and safe place for children to play as their parents look on, admiring the stunning surroundings with refreshments to hand.
