This spacious and comfortable home enjoys panoramic views to the front over unspoilt countryside towards the sea, and further sea views to the rear from the upstairs rooms. The large lawned areas and delightful slate patio make this an ideal property for adults and children alike. This stunning location offers privacy and seclusion and yet is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach at Trevone. Also within a few miles are some fine sandy surfing beaches and magnificent walks along the coastal footpaths - great for bird watching or spotting seals. There is a well-stocked farm shop nearby. The historic fishing port of Padstow (1.5 miles) boasts a number of shops, pubs and restaurants including Rick Steins. There are also boat trips from the harbour across to Rock. Activities such as golf, horse riding and water sports are all available nearby. Another ideal beach which is within walkable distance from the cottage is the dog friendly beach of Tregirls, at low tide the beach can expand up to nearly a mile and half with golden sand and small caves to explore.
