Just moments from Mundesley Beach, this charming and welcoming property is ideal for a family coastal retreat. With a clifftop promenade and gardens and a stunning beach hugged by colourful beach huts, Mundesley is a truly delightful coastal village. The shallow waters and long, sandy beach make this a play haven for young and old alike. The beach stretches for miles and is ideal for long walks, building sandcastles or just enjoying the big open Norfolk skies. Mundesley also boasts a 18-hole golf course for the more serious golfers or venture further afield for Amazona Zoo at Cromer (8 miles) and the National Trust’s Felbrigg and Blickling estates (10 and 13 miles respectively). Enjoy the nature reserve and bird watching at Cley (18 miles), whilst railway buffs can choose from the steam railway from Sheringham to Holt (11.5 miles) or the Bure Valley Railway from Aylsham to Wroxham.

Stepping through the front door, the careful choice of furnishings and décor make you immediately feel welcome with a wonderful blend of modern and character throughout. Stepping from the entrance area you will find yourself in the living room. With comfortable seating and feature fireplace, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of fun down on the beach. Leading of here is the dining space as well as the kitchen. The modern and spacious kitchen is well-equipped throughout for creating a range of home cooked meals. From here the hallway leads you to the family bathroom with bath and over the bath shower head. Upstairs plays host to the three bedrooms: one king size, one single and one bunk bedroom. Offering a variety of bedroom styles makes this a great arrangement for families.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed with a patio area and is accessed from doors into the kitchen. Perfect for alfresco dining in the last of the days sunshine.

Lovely cottage, close to the beach & ideal for a nice break. Beds were comfortable.Fully equipped kitchen. Good parking behind the property with easy access. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful cottage, all home comforts , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. A lovely location and friendly too. stairs a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues.

It would be useful to have access to a floor mop, for kitchen and bathroom floors. Also a garden hose for muddy/sandy dogs would help.

Lovely holiday home with all you could need for a seaside break. The home is tastefully decorated and very well equipped with every detail thought of. Great location for the beach and local shops. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable, we wouldnt hesitate to book again.

A fantastic house. Clean, comfortable and beautifully kept and decorated. Everything had been thought of, with delightful little touches and home comforts. Great location and easy walk to the shops and beach. Thr outside space is lovely and had great dinners outside each night. Lovely cottage in a great position close to the beach. Bed was so comfortable and towels provided were lovely and fluffy. Lovely garden to sit in and enjoy the early morning sun with your breakfast.
