Situated in the seaside village of Mumbles, this beautifully renovated apartment is set on the ground floor of a large Victorian House. It is conveniently located for the perfect holiday. Mumbles village has local shops, ice cream parlours, pubs and excellent children's play facilities. Langland Bay (1.2 miles), has a brasserie and cafe on the beach. The city of Swansea with its Marina and many attractions is 4.5 miles away, whilst Rhossili Bay Beach is within a 15-mile drive. Worms Head is definitely worth a visit, providing a host of walking opportunities along with the option to view the famous Devil’s Bridge.

The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a lovely home for friends or couples. Enter the gravelled courtyard and into this apartment and you are welcomed into the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. At the rear of the apartment you will find the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There are 2 king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and WC, this is reached via a hallway. Through the kitchen into the main hallway, you will find the living area with soft seating, a Smart TV and a fireplace to get comfortable after a day exploring the area. Sit in the bay window and admire the views of the bay and the local church.

The garden area can be reached from the kitchen or from the door in the hallway, the enclosed garden with a gravelled courtyard and tiered seating areas with sea views is a relaxing space.

You will struggle to get better accommodation the property is outstanding immaculately clean your every need is catered for beautiful views too parking a little tight for the larger car

The property is very welcoming and cozy decorated to a high standard with everything needed provided, little extra touches such as tea, coffee and condiments much appreiciated on arrival.

The accommodation was very comfortable, extremely clean and really well equipped. The location was really good for restaurants and walks. We had a great break and enjoyed visiting and walking along areas of the Gower Peninsular as well as driving across the mountains and into the valleys. Highly recommend the property.

Unfortunately work being carried out in flat above stated very early in the mornings which was very disruptive for our holiday. Would recommend if no noise from flat above.

The property is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is in a perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and the garden was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cup of tea.

This is a lovely property even with a slightly unusual layout. It was clean and tidy with plenty of equipment. The lounge with its view towards the church and the sea was very comfortable and spacious.
