Walk to the local Inn, which offers great food, fine ales and a friendly welcome. Hazel Brow is close by, a working family farm with a Visitor Centre offering family activities. Reeth is 3.5 miles away, with a village green, pubs and shops, making it a popular Dales village. Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater and Hardraw Force (England's highest single drop waterfall) are all within 12.5 miles. Enjoy the Tuesday market in Hawes and the market town of Richmond, both 13 miles. Other local attractions within 15 miles include the ruins of Richard III’s Middleham Castle, the Old Gang Smelting Mill, Calver Hill, the Forbidden Corner and Aysgarth Falls.

An idyllic retreat in the heart of Swaledale, perched on a hillside offering mesmerizing views of the moors and fells, this charming abode seamlessly blends modern comforts with its original, rustic allure. Adjacent to the kitchen, a charming dining room with a cosy wood burner and rustic wooden table provides the perfect setting to plan your adventures in the Yorkshire Dales. The large window frames a picturesque view of the hills, enhancing your dining experience. After dinner, retreat to the living room, enjoy cable TV, listen to music, or connect your devices to Wi-Fi and enjoy a snug night in, basking in the warmth of another wood-burning stove. Spacious terraced cottage in delightful village of Low Row with views across Swaledale. Walking distance to the Punchbowl pub. Weve been visiting the Dales for a number of years and this is the best place weve stayed at! Really beautiful cottage with stunning views. Tastefully renovated with all mod cons - streaming devices, Nespresso machine, microwave, walk in shower and separate bathtub. The owners have thought of everything! We particularly loved having a second AmRead moreerican fridge freezer in the pantry. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting out on the patio on good quality outdoor furniture. Super comfy beds and well chosen furniture, mixing the antiques with the new. We will definitely be coming back to Hill View! Hide
