The annexe was quite spacious and nice and clean upon arrival. Some small treats and a bottle of milk was left which was nice. The property is in a rural area and was very quiet, very little passing traffic. Key fob to use during our stay meant we didnt have to get out and input the security gates code number every time. The bedrooms and toilet werRead moree at opposite ends of the annexe so ideal for two couples. A shower chair was available if you are disabled or elderly which I thought was nice. The kitchen had everything you would need for your stay. The beds and sofas were comfortable as were the chairs at the dining table. There are lovely views looking out from the garden along with comfortable decking furniture. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the annexe and would consider this property again in the future. Hide

This was our second visit to this very well equipped and appointed single-floor property with its lovely view. It's close to the friendly small town of Wimborne and near enough to the coast at Poole and Bournemouth. There are many local attractions and lots of easy walking. We have had a wonderful week at the annexe and couldnt have asked for better weather. Not a drop of rain the whole week. Such a lovely cottage and incredibly warm and cosy. The views were amazing and we loved watching the deer in the fields. Probably the best cottage we have stayed in for many years. Definitely will recommend to friends. Lovely situation with a fantastic view. Main house on site is also being rented out (workmen doing it up a present). Lovely dog walks around. Hosts are on hand to help when needed. Not much of a welcome hamper though.

Congratulations to the Owners who have ensured that the inside of this characterful property matches its stunning setting with its far reaching and ever changing countryside outlook. We loved the many extra touches not always found in holiday homes, the thoughtful welcome pack, toiletries in bathrooms and kitchen, and an over supply of crockery, cRead moreutlery and pans. It was spotless on arrival (Including windows, something often forgotten) , big comfortable beds and an ambient warmth from the underfloor heating. Owners were around and about but never intrusive. It was a lovely four days which went far too quickly. There's lots to see and do in the area which is unspoilt by not being in a hotspot. A wonderful getaway. Hide
