This beautiful property, with original features dating back to the early 1930s, is situated perfectly to enjoy breath-taking sea views from inside the home. The South West coastal path can be joined less than 100 yards from the property and offers some picturesque views and scenery. Overlooking Sandy Bay, located less than a mile outside of Combe Martin, a short drive or leisurely stroll leads you to the villages welcoming pubs, a post office, a bakery, an ice cream parlour, cafes and several convenience stores. Half a mile away is Newberry beach, great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Watermouth Theme Park and Castle are both within 3 miles. Numerous beaches are within easy reach including Woolacombe (11 miles), Croyde and Saunton Sands (15 miles).

Step inside from the beautiful surroundings, through the front door and to your right is the first lounge area with conservatory dining space. Boasting beautiful views from the windows, unwind on the comfy sofas and watch the Smart TV. Across the hallway to your left is a downstairs king size bedroom and en-suite bathroom. You’ll also find a quiet seating area with French doors to the rear garden. Adjacent in the hall is a downstairs WC, and completing the downstairs is the grand kitchen/breakfast room where you’ll find everything you need to cook up a meal, and a fantastic breakfast bar area to enjoy food and the stunning views outside. There is also a useful utility area equipped with a washer/dryer. Upstairs to your left are two bedrooms, a twin room with a single bed and a trundle bed, and across the hall is a double bedroom. Centrally positioned is the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers stunning views from a Juliet balcony, a king-size bed and an en-suite. Completing the upstairs is another lounge area, complete with a smart TV and another stunning Juliet balcony space with breath-taking views of the bay. 

Outside, there is plenty to explore. Steps to the rear take you to a large garden with multiple tiers. There is a covered terrace area with outdoor furniture leading out from the downstairs lounge.

What a truly lovely property with stunning views. This property really meet our needs for all of our family and our dog. Everything we needed was in the house, the garden was secure for our little dog. We had a wonderful time there and didn't want to leave, would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful hose and the view was amazing has a potential to be a wonderful holiday home but needs attention to the issues we have raised.

Overall, a lovely, comfortable and well equipped house with fantastic views. Imagine that it will be even more amazing in the summer when you can enjoy the patio and gardens. Well sited to walk the coastal paths in both directions and a very short walk to the Sandy Cove hotel

Great house, perfect for a dog to stay in the enclosed garden, comfortable and had everything we required, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, tv signal to be desired but didnt damped our experience at this lovely home.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Just needs more information regarding recycling and adjusting the heating. The garden is lovely but in need of some tlc and some handrails are lose. We would still love to return in the future.

This is a wonderful property in a fabulous location. The views are absolutely stunning. There is lots of space and the kitchen is well equipped and a lovely room to sit in. The house has a wonderful view and is a good size for larger families. It has a well stocked kitchen etc, but in reality you go for the views

This is an absolutely gorgeous cottage with stunning views in a great location. The cottage is well equipped, dog friendly with an enclosed garden, plenty of parking, comfortable beds and beautifully furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, exploring the area and experiencing some fabulous walks.

An extremely well presented property, with all of the conveniences needed in a stunning location above Combe Martin. Clean, comfortable and warm, with bright and airy rooms and lovely features and outlook. Spacious and comprehensively fitted kitchen, along with 3.5 baths make the property ideal for larger families and get-togethers. The en-suiRead morete bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for those with mobility issues, with near flat access from the drive way. Would have no hesitation in booking again if returning to this idyllic area of Devon! Hide

Fantastic property and even better location , very roomy property with a lovely large kitchen . Only negatives in our opinion were the very poor quality mattresses which led to all of us not sleeping very well and the terrible TV reception . These points need addressing before we would return .
