Ideally located in the town centre with far-reaching sea views overlooking the harbour and St Ives Bay, Jessie's Place is a superior holiday home with many outstanding features. With its contemporary, reverse-level stylish interior, open-plan living area, beautifully finished bedrooms and raised outdoor terrace, it is sure to delight.

The interior is flooded with light and has been finished to an exceptional standard with solid oak flooring, underfloor heating, porcelain bathroom tiles, a bespoke fitted kitchen, quality furnishings and some unusual touches such as an original ship's porthole. This St Ives holiday cottage provides fantastic accommodation for a family or friends holidaying together.

Take a stroll through the town and visit the numerous galleries and independent shops, stop for lunch al fresco on the harbourside or take a wonderful train ride from the station to enjoy the glorious scenery along the coast. Make sure you walk to the lookout point on the Island and marvel at the spectacular views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. On a clear day you can see as far north as Trevose Head near Padstow, some 26 miles away.

Kitchen/Diner: Bespoke hand-made fitted kitchen with quartz work surfaces, electric oven and 5 ring Neff gas hob, Gorenje fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table and chairs.

SECOND FLOOR:
Master Bedroom: Designer king size sleigh bed (5'), bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, iPhone docking station, Smart TV with Sky. This gorgeous, spacious bedroom features a galleried ceiling, relaxing corner, Juliet balcony and expansive views across to the harbour. 
En Suite Bathroom: Bath with thermostatic drencher-head shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Parking available at Park Avenue public car park within 10 minutes' walk where a weekly pass can be purchased. It is possible to drive close to the property to unload your car before leaving it in the public car park. In addition private parking, with EV Charging Point included is available at sister property Lamorna, St Ives Road in Carbis Bay.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location, just a few steps from the town. Master bedroom on top floor is amazing.

The cottage was very nice but we were without hot water for two consecutive mornings. Guidance left in the property was of no use and the Heating engineer not sent out until the second day
