Nestled in the heart of Portreath, relax on the sandy beach just 100 metres away from the property or take a stroll along the historic harbour front. Popular with surfers, couples and families, the village has a selection of local shops and pubs to choose from. For walkers, there is direct access to the South West Coast Path, taking you through the different local habitats and the stone ruins of old wheelhouses. Hire a bike and cycle the ‘mining trails’ close to Portreath's various woods or along the "Coast to Coast" to Devoran (11.5 miles). Drive along the coast just 6.5 miles to Godrevy lighthouse or Hayle (10 miles), and St Ives is only 16 miles distant.

The kitchen area is equipped with everything you'll need for your holiday and with a dining table with seating for all, this is a fantastic social space to catch up with family and friends. Head through to the beautifully styled lounge and unwind on one of the comfy sofas whilst the wood burner crackles in the background. Watch your favourite films on the Smart TV. There is also a handy WC and wash-basin to the rear along with a porch area to the front, ideal for when you get home from the beach. Upstairs you will find a king-size and a twin, both light and spacious bedrooms along with the family bathroom.

Outside to the front you will find a lawned area with a small sitting area, and to the rear a secluded patio with garden furniture, the ideal spot for Al fresco dining after a day on the beach!

This house is fabulous. Not only is it spotlessley clean and comfortable... a real home from home, but it is superbly located for so many activities. We cycled from the house along the coast to coast trail, and around the tin mines " Great Flat Lode trail", we walked to the beach ( I even body boarded and the water was so warm), the lifeguards are Read morefriendly too, important if are a novice ! The harbour is just outside the house. We visited National Trust properties and also went on a boat trip as the whole area is very accessible. An ace holiday. Great for couples and familes alike. The garage is useful for storing bikes, the open plan downstairs makes for cosy evenings in. The local fish and chips are very tasty. Highly recommend, for great Seaside Stories. Hide
