Embark on a ferry ride to the stunning Rock Beach (1 mile), or set off on the scenic Camel Trail, a cycling and walking path leading 6 miles to Wadebridge. There are miles of cliff-top walks, with the famous Round Hole just above Trevone Bay and the popular Trevose Golf and Country Club is only 3 miles away.

This contemporary, coastal property welcomes you with a bright and spacious open plan kitchen/diner, with a sociable breakfast bar to relax on whilst someone makes a delicious family meal and a wonderful dining table to congregate and make special memories. There is a shower room just off the kitchen, with a WC. Walk through the hallway to find the cosy lounge on your right, with comfy sofas and a large Smart TV to watch a family movie together. The 3 bedrooms are found just down the hall, one master bedroom with a king size bed, one with a double and one with 2 single beds. There is also a family bathroom on the left with a shower over bath, basin and WC.

Fling open the patio doors from the lounge to access the front outside space, where you can enjoy a meal al fresco, or sip on your morning coffee whilst listening to the sounds of the coast. Head down the hall and there are additional doors to the rear patio and decking area. There is parking for up to 3 cars on the drive.

We had a lovely Easter stay at Trelin with our 20yr old daughter and her friend. The doggies loved all of the gorgeous walks and the beach was only a 10 minute walk from the house. It was a very comfortable few days away, a bit of a shame there was no gate on the drive so had to keep a close eye on the dogs when they were outside, but not a hugeRead more problem for us. Hide

Beautiful location in walking distance to beach and near to other sandy beaches. Lots of good places to eat in the area. The house is stylish , warm and comfortable and generally well equipped. Note no Tumbler dryer or access to main UK Tv channels .

Beautiful cottage in an ideal location, walking distance to coast path and beach. Pub nearby. Nice little back garden/deck area that gets the sun but could do with being fully enclosed with side gates making it more suitable for children and dogs. All in all though a very comfortable cottage and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.
