Overlooking the river in the picture-postcard Cornish fishing town of Looe, this wonderful apartment is only a short walk to the main sandy beach. Stroll down and sample the wonderful array of cafes, pubs and restaurants, or pick up a souvenir in one of the local gift shops. Enjoy one of the many boat trips which include, fishing expeditions and leisurely glass-bottom boat rides out to the glorious nature reserve on Looe Island. If you are looking for a day out, why not visit Adrenalin Quarry only 7 miles away, with its go-karting and zip wires, or visit the famous Eden Project where you are sure to find something for the whole family (20 miles). The coastal path offers some fabulous walks where there are many beautiful stretches of beach for you to enjoy.

Step inside this period property and you will immediately find yourself in the fantastically light lounge/kitchen/dining room with plenty of natural light from the french doors. Here a comfortable sofa sits in front of a Smart TV and provides the perfect place to relax in the evening, and the fantastic breakfast bar is the ideal spot for a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day. Modern and fully equipped the perfectly appointed kitchen is ideal for packing up a good lunch or preparing an evening meal. Along the hallway is a handy WC as well as two bright and comfortable bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double. Completing the offering is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Superb location looking down on the harbour. A very comfortable apartment for our short break. Our fitness improved during our stay due to the steepness of the hill leading into the town!!!!!

Comfortable apartment in a great location with views of the harbour. Parking is a bonus as it is difficult in Looe. Seagulls were nesting around the building and grounds. Whilst not aggressive, we experienced far more noise from them in the night than we expected. Earplugs definitely recommended if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment was very clean & comfortable & in an excellent location in Looe with a lovely view over the harbour. The kitchen was well equipped. Only a 5 minute walk down the extremely steep hill to town, the walk back up was a shock at first but we soon got used to it. Having on site parking was a great bonus. Would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday. The accommodation was very clean and had just about everything you need. The view from the decking area was stunning but the climb up the hill was a challenge. We had a wonderful time and would come back again.

Really lovely cottage in Looe, close to the centre but quite a steep hill back up! We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathroom was lovely and the bed was comfy. Could have done with a hoover/dustpan and brush, otherwise we had a brilliant week!

We had a great stay as a family of 4. The accommodation was tidy and clean, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. It also comes with a wonderful view of the harbour. The walk to town was lovely and quick with a great selection of restaurants and the beach close by. Would recommend the rock pools at Hannafore beach for a day trip, easRead morey to walk to from the accommodation. Hide

We enjoyed a one week stay in Manor cottage which we found comfortable but not homely. It is quite compact but as there was only two of us that worked quite well, it could be tight for a family of four. Although this is a personal thing, we found the mattress to be too soft for us. The patio and decking areas should be a pleasant place to sit bRead moreut the seating lacked cushions making it uncomfortable and the furniture was in great need of refurbishing or replacing. Its in a good location for the town centre which is only a few minutes walk away. However the walk back up the hill is testing. There was no information left in the flat relating to local facilities such as restaurants etc. Weve stayed in many holiday cottages and this was unusual. Probably our fault for not paying attention to the description of available equipment, but we were surprised that there was no washing machine, especially as there was a clothes rack, ironing board and iron supplied.
