Other places of interest are Combe Martin Wildlife Park and Exmoor Zoo, both within 11 miles.
Approach the back door through the side gates and step into this beautiful 3-storey cottage. Relax in the cosy lounge on the luxurious sofas and snuggle in front of the wood burner and watch a movie or two on the Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen/diner is the perfect place to enjoy socialising. Cook up some of your favourite recipes in the luxurious kitchen, and dine in the stylish dining area with colourful seating and patio doors that lead out onto the courtyard. There is a beautiful downstairs shower room and WC next to the utility room. Take the first flight of stairs up to two bedrooms where you will find a zip-n-link twin bedroom (can be made into king size on request) and a super king-size bedroom with views over the River Lyn. There is also a family bathroom with twin sinks and a walk-in shower with WC on this floor. There are two further bedrooms on the top floor, a second zip-n link twin bedroom (can be made into king size on request) and a second super king-size bedroom with views over the River Lyn and en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a separate WC on this floor. Please note that the balcony is not in use.
The courtyard is fully enclosed with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ, where you can relax and enjoy dining outside on the warmer evenings.
