Property code: OC-B27961

The property is located in the heart of the idyllic seaside village of Little Haven. The beach at Little Haven, just a stone throw away, is a small sand and shingle inlet and at low tide you can walk across the beach towards neighbouring Broad Haven. There are a handful of bars, restaurants and cafes along the seafront to enjoy while taking in the spectacular views. Join the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and explore miles of trails while taking in the stunning scenery. For a change of scenery, head to nearby Milford Haven marina (9.5 miles) where there is an excellent selection of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops plus a bowling alley and children's soft play. Take a day out to explore St David's, Britains smallest City (15 miles).

Enter the cottage via the grounds from the parking area/lawned garden by using the little fenced bridge to cross the little stream into the rear courtyard/patio area. You enter the property via the rear door into the kitchen leading on to the dining room where there is a table for 7. The space has been created with families in mind, offering an excellent social space to cook and dine together. Head through the hallways to your cosy lounge which has three sofas, nestled around the coffee table and TV. There's an electric wood-burner effect fire and large front facing window with sea views. There are two sea-view bedrooms on the ground floor - a single room and a bunk room with wash hand basin and shaver point. Completing the ground floor is a convenient shower room with shower cubicle, sink and WC. Head upstairs to the first floor and you will find two well-proportioned bedrooms, one king and one double. The king offers a superb sea view and the double looks out over the rear lawned garden. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor and provides a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.

Externally, this cottage has plenty to offer. Directly from the back door is a private courtyard patio area with seating which leads to a large private lawned garden accessed via a little fenced bridge over the stream. To the side of the property is a raised patio dining area which boasts incredible sea views. This really is the perfect spot for alfresco dining with a view! There is also a side and front private walled gravelled garden where you can enjoy a BBQ should you wish (N.B. guests are required to bring own disposable BBQ). There is also a shed for storing and drying wetsuits etc.

We had a brilliant time here at Bridge House, Little Haven. Our girls were in their element having the beach so close to the house. A really beautiful location and a wonderful, spacious house with everything you need and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful week's holiday and didn't want to leave!

Ideal location, comfortable cottage with reasonable facilities, however it is in desperate need of smartening up internally and externally. A tumble dryer is also needed, trying to dry clothes especially in wet weather is impossible without one!
