This fantastic apartment is set in a tranquil location and offers a diverse and unique holiday experience for all types of travelers. External steps lead up to this spacious apartment for two people. You enter into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with comfy sofas to relax on whilst you watch TV, a handy dining table to eat a delicious home-cooked meal and a stylish kitchen area to whip up a meal any time of day, although if you don't fancy cooking, fresh meals can be bought from your host who is a trained chef for a small fee! On your right is the large bathroom and completing the property is the delightful bedroom, complete with four poster bed.

Outside is the delightful garden space with your very own hot tub, as well as a quirky gypsy caravan where you can change into your swimwear, or sit and enjoy a coffee whilst gazing out over the beautiful grounds.

Great location, very clean and and fantastic private garden with hot tub and bbq. Very well equipped with private parking and so quiet and peaceful. Wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Unusual property for us with access up 14 metal steps which became slippery in bad weather. Inside it was clean and tidy with very welcoming and tasty fruit cakes. Busy layout in the lounge area but large comfortable bedroom and large bathroom.

Our stay in the West Wing was just as amazing as we had hoped. John and Felicity were so kind and helpful, leaving us cakes and wine for our arrival, a little basket for Betty (our pup) and answering any queries we had very quickly. We stayed at the property for 2 fantastic weeks. Very private accommodation in a very peaceful location. Everything you could ask for if youre looking for a relaxing get away. Hosts were very welcoming and easy to contact if needed.

This place is a little hidden gem, it is really comfortable with everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. John and Felicity are really helpful and friendly, and I would highly recommend ordering the meals you offer, which are very tasty and great value for money. We will definitely be back at some point.

Stayed here with my partner for 5 nights, very tranquil and comfortable. Friendly hosts and would recommend having dinner cooked by Felicity. Made good use of the lovely hot tub too. Would stay here again.

This cottage is an absolute hidden gem a spacious apartment with a beautiful private garden and excellent facilities, including a hot tub. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and even tried to make friends with the hosts dogs. It was very easy to get to, with ample space for parking and beautiful nature walks nearby. Great place to stay highly recommend! The place was bigger than expected. We arrived to fresh fruit cakes. They also accommodated for the dog adding towels, blankets and treats. We loved this place! The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Fresh milk, wine and homemade buns were waiting for us which was very much appreciated after our long journey. This place had everything we needed along with a little basket of dog items (bowl, blanket, poo bags, towels and treats) - another thoughtful gesture. The accommodation waRead mores not only clean and comfortable but had an air of luxury about it with a spacious bathroom containing a large walk-in shower and a jacuzzi bath. The bedroom, also very spacious has a comfortable bed with little lights all around it. It felt quite romantic and looked so pretty. The little lights were also in the living area and the safe candles were a lovely touch. The kitchen area seems in two parts but dont worry, you quickly get used to it and it has everything you need. Whilst you have to go down steps to the garden area, it is so worth it! It is an enclosed and private garden, this was important for us as we took our old dog with us and we knew he was safe. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and a real stroke of genius having the shepherds hut to change in, use the loo, store items etc. The artificial grass was a bonus too. So much nicer underfoot than shingle which weve previously had in holiday cottages. The location is beautiful and a good base for exploring Cornwall. Definitely recommend.
