Welcome to the picturesque coastal town of Porth and its charming neighbor, Newquay! Immerse yourself in stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and thrilling water sports. Pop along to one of the fantastic local pubs in Porth or enjoy a morning coffee from one of the popular seaside cafes. Just a stone's throw away, discover the legendary Fistral Beach (4 miles) and its renowned surfing scene. Head to the captivating Newquay Zoo (2 miles) for an unforgettable wildlife encounter. Explore the historic Trenance Gardens (2 miles) or enjoy a scenic stroll along the breathtaking South West Coast Path, directly from your front door. With its eclectic mix of restaurants, shops and activities, Newquay is the perfect place to enjoy your family holiday or time away with friends and you will be astounded by the rugged Coastline all around you.

Entry to this stunning property is accessed via the side and you will find the games room with Guns n Roses pinball, table tennis and table football! There is also a handy ground floor shower room and utility on this floor too. Head upstairs, prepare to be wowed by the incredible space that has been created, with an open plan kitchen/diner, leading through to the sunny lounge with patio doors to your balcony. A hearty log burner is a beautiful centerpiece in the middle of these spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped and you will delight in this space to enjoy each others company whilst cooking a family meal together. The Smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar in the lounge will help to keep you all entertained whilst sinking into the comfy sofas, after a long day out exploring. The second floor has the 4 bedrooms, 1 king size with a TV built in to the bed with an en-suite, 2 king size bedrooms and a twin room the family bathroom with separate bath and rain shower is also on this floor.

Outside you are spoilt for choice with areas to enjoy. Relax your muscles in the bubbling hot tub at the side of the house, head around to the patio with BBQ and comfy seating or lounge on the sea facing balcony whilst you sip on a drink of choice. This truly will make a holiday to remember!

The house is in a lovely location, really cannot fault this great showers & comfortable beds & sofas. The layout of the house was brilliant for our party of 6 adults & 2 children, would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

We stayed first week of October half term. Two adults, two teens and our dog Buzz. The location of the property was amazing, with a stunning view of Porth beach (shame the sofa has its back to the window!) pub on the doorstep serving nice meals was a bonus. The house is large and well equipped with all you need but I feel it could do with some TLC.Read more We had a leak in the main bathroom which was fixed very quickly but we were left to clean up after and dry all the draws underneath which were badly damaged from previous leaks. Not fully dog friendly as dogs aren't allowed upstairs in the property and garden isn't enclosed. We had a lovely stay and as it was October felt we got value for money but I wouldn't feel the same had we paid summer season prices. Hide

Absolutely delightful property. Our second stay and it was wonderful. Perfect location, great pub nearby, overall great base for exploring. Super for our big dogs with lots of room to lie down and enjoy the fire. The games room and hot tub are the bonus providing lots of evening entertainment. Plus packing spaces which is like gold dust! Amazing accommodation, brilliant location. Well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We were a party of 6 plus an infant and I'm absolutely sure the house will accommodate 8. We had three large cars but with careful parking all fitted on the drive area. So much of southern Cornwall is no more than hour from Porth, so makes Beach Haven an ideal baseRead more for trips out. The cottage was welcoming and is on a great location. The welcome pack was great and loved the spacious kitchen and the games room. The only things that let it down were mentioned in the previous improvements recommendation box

Overall I wouldn't go back. 8Gs for a home that doesn't reflect the price we paid. Many broken things. Kitchen ware wasn't clean, oil on the trays. Unclean floors and beds. Bathroom showers faulty, lights in bathroom faulty, not fully dog friendly as dogs are restricted on some parts of the house. Lovely location very very close to Porth beach buRead moret there are many cars coming down the road not realising it's private and needing to turn around. And the music from Mermaid inn was so loud it was hard to sleep. The location of this home, we thought, was fantastic. When the sea comes in, you get a lovely view from the balcony. Lovely nearby walking along the cliff/coast line. Just 20 seconds to the beach and half an hour one way to Newquay town, half an hour the other way to the neighbouring beach, which is dog friendly. Dogs can be walked on the immedRead moreiate beach before 10am and after 6pm though. The house itself we all felt was gorgeous. The kids loved the games room! A truly special place. Beautiful property with everything you could wish for and more, the games room, hot tub a fabulous bonus. Gorgeous location with everything in easy reach but still less commercialised than central Newquay which was a plus. Gardens are not fully enclosed but easily done by moving a garden chair for dogs.
